1) Did
not receive access information
after sign up?
If you have registered/paid
but did not receive access information
for some reason please place "Registered, but did not receive
access info and email support@directpaidsurveys.com.
2) Can't
log in with access you have been
given?
If you
are having problems logging
in and your access is
not working please place "Can't
log in with access given" in
the subject of your email. Please
include the username
and password you are
trying to use but not
gaining access with.

Put "Payment
problems or questions" in
the subject
If
you already registered with
a credit card and did not
receive access please use
